Family Gallery Talks: People and Characters
About
A MoMA educator leads families with children aged 4 to 10 to three artworks on the theme People and Characters, mixing close looking and conversation with movement, materials and drawing in front of each piece. On Saturday, October 24 it runs 10:15 to 11:15am and again from noon to 1pm, starting from the Education Center, Floor 1, at 11 W 53rd St, near the 5 Av/53 St station (E, M). It is included with Museum admission (free for kids 16 and under), and online registration is encouraged because space is limited. The same theme ran on October 10, and MoMA's drop-in family mask-making runs the same day from 11am to 4pm.
