Public Art Fund Talks: Genesis Belanger
About
Sculptor Genesis Belanger sits down with Public Art Fund senior curator Melanie Kress to talk about Heads or Tails, her three-part installation in City Hall Park and her first major public show in New York. The talk is at The Cooper Union, 7 E 7th St, a short walk from Astor Pl (6) and 8 St–NYU (R/W). It runs Tuesday, October 27, 2026, 6:30–7:30 pm and is free, with advance registration through Public Art Fund. It is one of three talks we list at Cooper Union that evening, alongside Aaron Gilbert's painting-chair talk and a panel on New York architecture and design publishing.
