Brush Script Lettering
About
A two-day workshop with letterer Ken Barber on pointed-brush script. You build letters stroke by stroke, then take a wordmark from first sketch to finished piece, using analog tools only. November 21–22, 10 am–5 pm, at 41 Cooper Square (enter on East 7th Street), a block from Astor Pl (6). It costs $535, plus a $10 brush-marker fee paid to the instructor. Type@Cooper's Show Cards weekend two weeks earlier covers sign-painter styles if you want both.
