- The museum can only be seen on a guided tour; the visitor center and shop are at 103 Orchard Street.
- The tour climbs about 50 stairs and the museum does not recommend it for visitors with mobility issues.
- Private versions start at a flat $450 on weekdays 10am to 5pm, $500 at other times.
