Color Theory: Painting Simple Still Lifes
About
A ten-week afternoon course that teaches color theory through still-life painting, taking each major and minor color on the wheel in turn and starting with yellow by painting a lemon to compare transparency, opacity and tinting strength; all levels welcome. Classes meet at Art Lab inside the Snug Harbor Cultural Center, 1000 Richmond Terrace, a short S40 bus ride from the St. George ferry terminal. Tuesdays 2 to 5 PM, Fall 26 term from September 29; $395.00 including the $20 registration fee. It joins just 12 approved upcoming painting classes across our whole calendar.
