Mountmaking Short Course
About
A three-day course on designing and fabricating secure display mounts for objects of your choosing, using brass rod and wire, soldering and cold connections. Basic metalsmithing including silver soldering is required, and students buy a tool kit and materials from the studio shop. Thursday 3 to Saturday 5 December, 11am–6pm, at Brooklyn Metal Works, 640 Dean St in Prospect Heights, a short walk from Bergen St (2, 3).
