Intro to Hollow Borosilicate Tubing
About
A day of flameworking exercises with borosilicate tubing rather than solid rod: joining, bending and inflating hollow glass into sculptural pieces. Some torch experience is recommended but all levels are accepted (ages 14 and up). Sunday 1 November, 11am–5pm, at UrbanGlass, 647 Fulton Street in Fort Greene, a few minutes' walk from DeKalb Av (B, Q, R). UrbanGlass doesn't publish a price on this listing; check its booking page.
