Metal Forming for Jewelry
About
An intermediate course in shaping sheet metal, worked through three projects: scored-and-bent earrings, a fold-formed bracelet and a hollow ring made by forming and dapping. You should already be comfortable soldering. Mondays 26 October to 21 December, 6:30–9:30pm, at Brooklyn Metal Works, 640 Dean St in Prospect Heights, a short walk from Bergen St (2, 3); $580 from 11 October, with a lower early-bird rate before then that the page doesn't state. It is the only metal-forming course on our calendar.
