Meet Me at Moma: Gallery Program for People with Dementia
About
Specially trained educators lead people living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, with their family members or caregivers, in an interactive conversation about art in the galleries. At MoMA, 11 W 53rd St (E/M to 5 Av/53 St). Thursday 22 October, 2:30–4 pm, meeting at the Floor 1 Film and Administrative Entrance; free, registration or RSVP required. It runs one Thursday a month — the next dates are 19 November, 17 December and 21 January — and is the only dementia-friendly art programme on our calendar.
