Casting is the part of jewellery making most studios skip, because it needs a kiln, a vacuum and somebody who knows how to run both. This Bushwick studio is built around it: over four weeks you carve a model in wax, build and burn out an investment mould, pour molten metal and finish the piece that comes out.
